We offer personalized training programs to help you with your specific fitness goals, be it to lose weight, gain muscle, nail that handstand or get in shape before the next Spartan Race.

Applicable for:

  • Improving body composition (i.e. Losing fat, gaining lean muscle)

  • Increasing mobility/flexibility

  • Skill training e.g. handstands, muscle ups, front Lever, etc.

  • IPPT Training (For Gold!)

  • Improving athletic performance for a sport

  • Prehabilitation and rehabilitation

  • and more!

We specialize in calisthenics but are also knowledgeable and experienced in weight training.
